How long will my project take?

The timeline depends on the project and which services you need. We will work with you to establish a timeline and proposed delivery date during a professional consultation.

Can you work with a short turnaround time?

Yes, Design Lab is proud of our responsiveness, communication, and professionalism with all our clients.. It depends on the service. Sometimes more time will be necessary and we will notify you of that situation. That said, we encourage you to plan ahead because sometimes we are busy with other projects and can’t respond immediately. Another reason you should plan ahead is if you need printing. Some products take longer to print than others.

What does it cost to design a logo?

Most logos from Design Lab are under $500. The cost to design a logo varies from as little as $250 to over $1,000. It depends on different factors like: complexity, whether you have a direction, and if you want several concepts designed from which you can choose. We will discuss your needs and pricing during a branding consultation.

Can you create a vector logo?

Absolutely, and we at Design Lab highly recommend using vector logos. ​

Can you create a better-quality image with an old logo?

Yes, Design Lab has “re-created” many images from low-quality pixelated images so they can be used for other things like advertisements or signs, which we will also design for you. We use Adobe Illustrator to create vector images and InDesign to create layouts for anything from advertisements to large-scale displays.

Do you provide the “source files” to your clients?

Yes. All logos are provided as PDFs which are generated using Adobe Illustrator and are in fact the source files.

Will we own the completed graphic design, or will you?

Design Lab provides our clients the completed designs in all necessary formats for use in a variety of ways. You own your logo design and have unlimited use and reproduction authorization. When we deliver a logo we send a message about how to use your logo along with various file types.
